We set up a pop-up restaurant for Quorn, serving a delicious tasting menu that changed for each service. At the end of each meal, we revealed the evening came with a tasty twist – all the dishes were made with Quorn. Working with agency Kameleon, I helped source the chefs, design the menu and the restaurant itself. Working to the incredibly difficult brief of capturing great shots of the food, whilst running a ‘live’ service was an exciting challenge for everyone to overcome.
Art Director Miles Roberts and his team turned a kitchen demo space into a functioning restaurant for three days and DP Charlie Herranz and Sound Recordist Tony Frances found a way to discreetly capture everything – shooting with 5 cameras and rigging 12 mics above the tables.
